Our Manufacturing facility contains a mix of both CNC and Conventional Milling and Turning machines
as well as wire erosion and surface grinding thus enabling us to compete competitively in all areas
of Manufacturing from high volume precision parts to one-off bespoke items.
The CNC machines have the capability to produce complex components to very tight
tolerances and are ideal for high volume work.
Milling & Turning
Our conventional Milling and Turning machines are the ideal choice for producing prototypes during design and development.
They are also a cost-effective method of producing bespoke one-offs and modified components in a rapid turnaround environment
The latest addition to our company is the Hurco VM20I CNC milling machine centre with a capacity of 1000mm x 500mm x 500mm
and has been interfaced with a 4th axis fully rotational dividing head.
Wire EDM Machine
Our wire EDM machine can take maximum work piece dimensions of 350mm x 250mm x 100mm
